THE ADDAMS FAMILY AUDITION FORM

Thank you for your interest in auditioning for The Addams Family musical! Please complete the form below so our creative team can get to know you and your strengths.

Auditions will include the following phases:

Singing – prepared musical selection

Acting – readings from the script

Talent – a brief showcase of any special skill

Vocal Range – vocalizes to assess your range

Dance – a combination to evaluate movement

The cast list will be announced on Thursday, December 11th, beginning at 6:30 PM. If you are cast, you will be asked to join a Google Meet with the Director that evening to hear which role you have been offered, so please plan to keep that time available.

A cast and crew dinner will be held the Friday, December 12th at 6:30pm.

AUDITION RULES, LIABILITY WAIVER AND CONSENT

If you are cast in The Addams Family, there will be a $30 performance fee due on January 6, 2026.

THEATRE ETIQUETTE RULES

I understand that the directors and the casting committee will cast the show fairly with the strongest performers filling the roles of lead actors. If I do not get the part I want, I will either politely decline, or I will do my best in the role I'm assigned. I WILL NOT vocally or in any social media or by any other means disparage this show process and complain about casting. If there are concerns, please contact CCA staff member, Craig Jones at cjones@carrollton-ga.gov.

LIABILITY WAIVER

Carrollton Center for the Arts, The undersigned, assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation, including transportation to and from all activities and do hereby, for myself, all dependent children, my heirs, executors and administrator, waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless the City of Carrollton, Carrollton Center for the Arts (CCA, and it's representatives, sponsors, affiliated associations, organizers, officers, officials and participants for any and all damages and/or injury suffered by myself or any child or other participant that I may register in connection with any activity with CCA. Also, I agree that I and the person/persons registered for the programs will abide by all the rules and policies outlined in the local, state, and national rules adopted as governing policies and rules by the Carrollton Center for the Arts.

PHOTOGRAPH, TELEVISION, RADIO INTERVIEW CONSENT

I give permission to utilize my image, to appear on television, and to be interviewed for publicity purposes. The Carrollton Center for the Arts has the right to use my photograph, tape, or interview for advertising purposes related to the performance or center. This permission is granted during the production time and beyond. 

I also understand that as a cast/production team member, I am not given permission to video/document any portion of the creative process without the permission of the director. Only approved video/photos may be used on personal social media platforms.
