Rural Education Leaders Community Application
The Rural Education Leaders Community (RELC) is a community of practice (CoP) that provides networking and mentoring for rural leaders and provides an opportunity for these leaders to meet and network with those from other states. The RELC's curriculum will be framed around a deep dive into the factors that lead to strong school culture. Each session will feature rural leaders from across the western states who have developed strong school culture. Participants will learn the secrets to their success and use this knowledge to enhance the culture at their schools.

The RELC is open to superintendents, superintendent/principals or principals from a rural school district in all western sates.

By applying for the RELC, you are committing to attend all four, 1 1/2 hour sessions followed by 30-minute round table discussions throughout the 2022-2023 school year, which will all be conducted virtually on Zoom. Please see the informational flyer for scheduled dates and times.

Please submit your application no later than Tuesday, August 30, 2022.

The RELC is presented by the Arizona Rural Schools Association (ARSA), California Small School Districts' Association (SSDA), and Grand Canyon University's K12 Educational Development.
