KAHAL Campus Internship 2018-2019
KAHAL connects Jewish students studying abroad to exciting and unique opportunities in their host Jewish communities. Working in more than 30 countries and 60 cities around the world, KAHAL helps Jewish students find their Jewish home abroad. By connecting with KAHAL, students abroad can connect with each other and the local Jewish communities in which they study abroad. KAHAL further enhances students’ study abroad experience by providing opportunities for social connections, Shabbat dinners, holiday events, cultural experiences, internships, volunteer opportunities, and more. KAHAL also subsidizes Jewish opportunities and offer students grants to plan and participate in Jewish programming abroad. You can find more information at www.KahalAbroad.org

As a KAHAL Intern, you would be responsible for expanding KAHAL’s reach on your campus. Your role would be to identify and connect with out-going study abroad students, helping KAHAL provide students with the best experience possible. You would also have the opportunity to work with study abroad alumni, helping reintegrate Jewish students into your campus Jewish community.
As a KAHAL intern,  you will be responsible for cultivating a community of Jewish study abroad participants, which will provide value to students before, during, and after their abroad experience. You will build this community through networking, intentional conversations, and creative experiences.

This is a two semester commitment with a stipend of $250 after the completion of each semester.
