The 2024 Annual Conference of the IEEE Industrial Electronics Society (IECON) will be held 3-6 November, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. It aims to create an international forum for experts, scientists, and practicing engineers to present the latest research findings and ideas on contemporary industry topics ranging from smart grid resiliency, power electronics, controls, robotics, manufacturing, to communications, computational intelligence, and other interdisciplinary areas.

Below is a list of some possible responsibilities that you will expect if you work as a volunteer for IECON 2024:
  • Welcome and guide conference participants, speakers, and guests.
  • Provide on-site support for registration, exhibition, and other sessions.
  • Provide information about the conference schedule, venues, and special events to attendees.
  • Monitor session rooms and assist speakers with presentation setup.
  • Be adaptable to changing situations and willing to take on additional tasks.
