2022-2023 Madrigal Feast Ticket Reservation Form

Please fill out the following form CAREFULLY.

Tickets are $40 per person.
Payments MUST be received by
Karen Caruthers
in the
Southside High School Freshman Center Office.
Please seal cash discreetly in an envelope. Make checks payable to Southside High School Choirs.
You may purchase tickets for both evenings on one order form. However, so that others may see the show, we ask each guest to only attend one performance - not both.
