Online/Virtual Instruction Agreement
If you wish for your child to participate in online classroom instruction which will apply toward attendance, the following agreement must be signed and returned to the school office. Please note that once the agreement has been signed, your child will be scheduled for distance learning. Switching to traditional classroom instruction will only be permitted once a semester. Application for online instruction will be available prior to each semester.
