Ride requests must be made only when you are ready to be serviced (we do not schedule a ride outside of the operating hours).


                Increased demand may increase wait times.




                           SURE WALK EMPLOYEES WILL CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR PICK-UP LOCATION:

•SURE Walk provides walks from ON campus locations to ON campus locations.
•SURE Walk provides walks/rides to WEST campus, if starting locations ON campus.
•SURE Walk provides walks/rides to OFF campus, if starting locations ON campus.

                                       
                                                SURE WALK UPDATED RULES BELOW:

- Any threat to SURE Walk employees, patrons, or yourself are reported to University Police.

- Please inform SURE Walk of cancellations at orderasurewalk@gmail.com

- After waiting 2 MINUTES for patron pick-ups, SURE Walk employees may cancel your ride.

- Alcohol, tobacco, or illegal substances are prohibited in SURE Walk Vehicles.
