Blood Lead Level Education Follow-Up

Between the months of January and October of 2018, a healthcare provider performed a test on your child’s blood to measure the level of lead in his/her blood.

The Sarpy/Cass Health Department receives all laboratory test results for blood lead levels for all Sarpy and Cass county children, and we provided each family with education about blood lead. You should have received a letter with education materials from the Health Department between the months of January and October of 2018.

To assess the effectiveness of the Health Department’s childhood blood lead level education program, we are asking your assistance by completing a brief 7 question survey regarding the information you were provided. Your input is very important and will help guide the continuation of this health education program.
