Welcome to the Vendor application form for our Summer 2026 outdoor farmers market.

Note: Filling out this form does not guarantee your acceptance. The purpose of this form is to gauge serious interest in attending the market. Vendors must commit to a minimum four (4) dates. Your acceptance and specific dates will be coordinated over email in the coming weeks and secured by 100% payment of your season fee.

Market Details:
Sundays, June 7 - October 11, 2026 (19 weeks)
Market hours: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Hopkinton Town Common, 6 Hayden Rowe St, Hopkinton, MA 01748
Setup time: 9:30 - 10:45 AM
30+ vendors, 2-3 food trucks, live music
Weekly shopper attendance (low): 200
Weekly shopper attendance (high): 450

Fees:
Farm Vendor = $16/week
Artisan/Prepared Food/Local Business Vendor = $20/week
Student (High School or younger) Vendor = $10/week
Nonprofit Vendor = 1 free date, $10/week thereafter


Baked goods, prepared food/drinks, and pet food/treats require a permit from the Hopkinton Health Department ($50, valid for 1 year).
