All individual members shall undertake compliance with the FMNZ “three basic rules” which are:
1 The Vendor sells food.
2 This food is produced within a defined local area (eg: 100 or 200 KM radius from the market place)
3 The vendor must be directly involved in the growing or production process of the food (no on-selling, no “middle men”, wholesalers, retailers, etc )
