Important Information
This fund was established in 2002 by Mr. Ernest Wignall in memory of his wife Laura for the purpose of assisting active and participating members of Emanuel enrolled in a Bachelor degree program.

To be considered for a Wignall Scholarship you must:

Be a member in good standing of Emanuel Lutheran Church (have communed and made a recorded financial contribution in the past year).

Will be attending a 4-year college full time for all semesters in the upcoming year.

Have a grade point average of 2.5 or above.

Complete 10 hours of service to Emanuel Lutheran Church. For students not returning to the Hartford area during the school year, they may complete service hours at a church where they attend school during the upcoming academic year.

Complete this application and write and upload a letter to the Emanuel Scholarship Committee addressing your interest in the Wignall Scholarship
