Shared Work Training

Shared Work (also known as Short-time compensation) is a program implemented in D.C. as well as 27 sites that provides an alternative to layoffs during the pandemic. In this training, participants will engage in conversations about Black unemployment, learn more about the program, what to expect when participating and how to approach your employer about the program.
