By mailing or emailing the application form or a registration form for an event, you accept that your personal data are processed by GWMH located rue general Lotz, 7/4, 1180 Brussels (controller) in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons at regarding the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and the Law of 30 July 2018 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

Personal data may only be used for the purposes described below:
o Organize event registration management;
o Analyze the audience of the website;
o be inserted in the online directory of members with your forename, name, occupation/job position, organization and nationality.

In accordance with the above-mentioned Regulations and Privacy Act, you may, free of charge:
o consult the personal data concerning you collected by GWMH;
o complete or rectify these data if they are incomplete or incorrect or request their deletion;
o oppose, for just reasons, their treatment.

The data is kept as long as the treatment lasts.

The request for access, completion, rectification, deletion or opposition must be submitted by ordinary or electronic mail together with proof of your identity to the controller at the following mailing address: Global Wo.Men Hub asbl, rue general Lotz, 7, 1180 Brussels, or by email to the address Christine.marlet@gwmh.org, as controller, facilitates the exercise of these rights.
