Since this is strictly a loan we ask that you return them to us in the same condition you received them in order to continue this service. There is a small, refundable deposit of $10.00 per box, once again please return the boxes in good condition. For every lost or damaged box, there will be a replacement charge of $10.00 per box.
We accept cash or a check, please make checks out to Keep Phoenix Beautiful.
This program also requires the following:
-Photos of the event and the trash boxes must be provided
-Statistics must be reported on the approximate number of trash bags collected.
-Also, we ask for the number of attendees and volunteers at your event.
-Any promotional materials or media coverage include a brief mention of Keep Phoenix Beautiful’s participation in your event.
-Your group is responsible for the disposal of the trash collected in the cardboard boxes.
-Keep Phoenix Beautiful does not provide liners for the trash boxes, the 50 gallon liners can be purchased at local retail stores such as Home Depot and Lowes.
-The cardboard trash boxes must be returned to KPB within 3 days after your event. If your event is on the weekend, we ask that you return them by the following Wednesday.
