In the case of selection & notification, a $100 deposit (refundable upon vendor declination) will reserve your booth space. Final payment will include 20% of sales on site. Upon a successful event, additional donations are always appreciated to help support the festival. Vendors get a 10' wide by 20' deep tent covered area for the fee involved.
Booth fees include electrical service. Fees do NOT include tables. There are no refunds for cancellations made within one month of event. Final fees are due one month before event start. Failure to meet this deadline may mean loss of space. Vendor is responsible for all applicable health code permits and compliance to health code regulations. Dickinson County requires a Temporary Foodservice Establishment license. The cost will be $59 and must be done 30 days in advance of event. They will inspect 30 minutes before gate opening of event.
