On Wednesday, May 17th the Joint Committee on Environment and Natural Resources will hold a hearing on H.764 An Act incorporating embodied carbon into state climate policy, among other bills. This is a critical bill in our efforts reduce embodied carbon in our buildings across the Commonwealth.
