Materials needed for participants: Printer paper and black pens
Facilitator bio: Aly Maderson Quinlog (they,them) is a Genderqueer Artist, Poet, and Educator who teaches Book Arts throughout New England and believes in the power of Art to connect the Brain and Heart. Website: www.magik.press
Zines are a personal medium that have been used for decades by queer folx to tell and share their stories of resilience and healing. In this zoom-based workshop, participants will learn how to make and design a one-pager zine. The only supplies needed are computer paper (letter size) and black pens ballpoint or felt tip (not sharpie).
