You and yours are invited to the Pacific Yearly Meeting Young Adult Friends' Family & Elders Retreat (aka YAF Retreat) at Redwood Forest Friends Meeting in Santa Rosa, CA (Wednesday, July 12 through Friday, July 14, 2017). Our schedule will have a good balance of yummy meals and snacks, hang-out time, sleep(!), fun and games, and organized activities. Suggested arrival time on Wednesday is any time after 1pm and we intend to leave Friday before 11am.

COST: Suggested sliding scale of $30-$65 (please bring your check or cash to the retreat). No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Please fill out a separate registration form for each person who is attending. (If you are bringing children with you, you may say so in the comment box on that question, but one form for each person would be easier for us to track.)

Although we expect the majority of our participants will be in the YAF age range (18-40ish), elders and younger participants are very welcome as important parts of our community. Please invite your friends and ask them to fill this out ASAP so we can get accurate info for meals and activity planning.

Minors attending without their parent/guardian will need to have an adult sponsor and to fill out the permission and medical forms. There is space on the registration to indicate your status and sponsor. To get the forms, email .

We don't have any formal childcare planned, so parents/guardians are responsible for supervision are of course are welcome to ask for help!
