Training will take place in downtown Hazard, Kentucky.

Training will be in an open courtyard and involve power tools, ladders, teamwork, and flexibility around inclement weather.

Trainees will receive Continuing Education Credit from Southeast Community & Technical college and a stipend after completion.

Trainees will gain experience to continue working under Asbestos Abatement Supervisors, but will not be be certified themselves.

Training is hosted by Southeast Kentucky Revitalization Project at Southeast Kentucky Community and Technical College, with partners; Appalachian Arts Alliance.
