If participating in our school-year girls group: Once the series begins, we expect each family will be committed to participating fully. Because we only meet once a month, it is more challenging to provide a rich, trusting community if attendance is sporadic. Our planning is affected, and of course there is financial impact as well. That said, our priority is your daughter’s and family’s health, so please take care of yourselves and let us know if you cannot attend. (See details) We thank you in advance for emailing us back and/or calling or texting in response to timely requests and communications.

The agreed upon fee between Coach and Parent is set in advance, at the start of the school year and/or as we set dates for other work together. Representative will be notified of any fee adjustment in advance. Parent is expected to pay for services prior to or at the time services are rendered. Coach accepts cash, checks (made out to Love Your Nature), and Paypal (account: paypal.me/LoveYourNatureCA).

From time-to-time, Coach may engage in telephone contact with Client or Parent for purposes other than scheduling sessions. We try to limit these phone calls to 15 minutes, unless a different request is made and agreed upon. If additional time is needed by the Client or Representative, we suggest scheduling a 1:1 session.

We try to balance creating a healthy group culture with honoring the needs of all of you. Our program costs are at cost, meaning we do not make a significant income from our offerings. Rather, we make just enough to cover our costs and continue offering them. Fees include payment for our time, energy and dedication to this work; insurance, licenses, permits and other business related fees; materials; snacks; in some cases cost of space rental or additional activities.

COST:
Cost of the 2019-2020 school-year program is $2250

This includes:
- Monthly group meetings (see website for dates)
- 3 Parent Meetings (see website for dates)
- 1 Mini Retreat (see website for dates)
- One 1:1 Session between Client & Coach (to be scheduled independently)

Additional 1:1 Sessions (if Client is enrolled in program) can be scheduled for $100/1 hour session. Scholarships are also available for 1:1 work upon request.

PAYMENT METHODS & LATE PAYMENT:
- Families can pay in full, $2250
- Families can request to be billed over 10 months (September - June) of $225.
- Scholarships are available upon request.
- Our preferred billing method is automatic billing via PayPal.
- It is possible to make payments via cash, check or PayPal
- Payment must be complete in advance or by each meeting unless other agreements are made. If payment is late for any reason (forgetting, expired credit card, etc) a fee of $5 will be added on for every month payment is delayed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:
- Please contact us to let us know if Client or Parent are unable to attend a meeting as far in advance as possible.
- If Client misses girls group, daylong or 1:1 and provides NO notice, Parent is responsible for the full cost of that meeting.
- If Client misses and provides less than 1 week notice, Parent is responsible for ½ the cost of that meeting.
- Parent can request a refund for ½ the amount, or store it as credit towards a future payment.
- This is for any reasons including and beyond being sick, homework, other activities, out of town... etc. If there is an emergency, and a request is made, Coach will gladly consider an alternative. Please call Coach directly as soon as you can. Forgetting does not count as an emergency.
- There is a maximum of 2 requests for refunds or credits for any meetings/events within any given school year for girls group participants. Further absences will be charged.
- All amounts are relative to the regular cost for Parent; the monthly break down (below), scholarship rate, or otherwise agreed cost.
- We greatly appreciate those who are able to provide notice about missing a group and still pay for the group. This is a huge support and affirmation for us to continue our good work despite Client not being able to attend.
- There will be no penalty for Parent missing the Parent Meetings.

If, after the Fall semester, it is clearly not a good fit as decided by the Client/family or Coach, an exit conversation will be required. During this conversation we will discuss reasons for ending and completion of payment. If paid in full, refund for Spring will be possible. If paying by month, no further payments will be due as long as all payments to date are complete.

These terms also apply to cancellations for all Love Your Nature offerings unless other agreements are made.
