2016-17 CMAC Goal Sheets
Notes on goal setting: Outcome Goals (ex, I want to be on the podium today) are good for establishing direction, but only focusing on outcomes can be counterproductive.  This is why we also focus on concrete things that are under your control. These Process Goals are how you get to your desired Outcome: focusing on early transitions & shin pressure=> clean carves=> faster times=> better chance of podiums.

State goals in the positive- instead of “don’t lean in” say- “stand on outside ski and level shoulders.”

State goals in the present tense- instead of “I’ll try to… I’m going to...” say: "I train 4 days a week."
