Thank you for your interest in becoming an exhibitor at Tampa Bay Homeschool Conference. TBHC will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2024. This will be an indoor event at The Commons at Trinity, located at 1540 Little Road in Trinity, FL.

Please be sure to read through the Exhibitor Handbook and the Liability Waiver prior to submitting an application.

Immediately after submitting this application form, please submit 3-5 photos showcasing your table setup AND the products you plan to sell by emailing us at admin@tbhcgroup.com (this requirement does not apply to local co-ops/groups).

**Also be sure to add our email address to your safe senders list to ensure efficient communications about the status of your application and other important messages from the event management team.

Submitting an application in no way guarantees acceptance as an exhibitor.

Please allow up to 14 business days for review of your application. Once you have been approved, you will have 5 business days to submit your payment and to complete the liability waiver. Payment and completion of the waiver are needed in order to guarantee your spot at the event.
