Welcome to the media accreditation request portal for the All Canadian Games.
Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We will do our best to notify you if you've been approved or declined within 24 to 72 hours of your requested event. Event information subject to change and without notice.
Media may request a maximum of 2 credentials per game/event date. Each person must submit his/her own request form with all required contact info. If additional requests are made beyond the maximum allotment, they will not be considered.
Media Credential Policies:
• Media credentialing will be conducted only during designated hours and credentials will only be issued at the host facility. Each day/session, credentials will be available starting 60 minutes prior to game/event. Pickup will close at the 30 minutes prior to the start of the game/event. A business card or news ID may be requested for identification verification at media check-in.
• PRSE/All Canadian Games Public Relations reserves the right to limit the number of credentials for each event. There will be a two-credential limit for each outlet (unless it has been pre-approved by PRSE/All Canadian Games).
• News media and photojournalists affiliated with traditional media & news organizations will be issued a MEDIA credential only.
•Non-traditional outlets, including recruiting magazines, scouting services and websites, may be asked to provide portfolio references of their work to obtain credentials. PRSE/All Canadian Games reserves the right to deny credentialed media access to non-traditional outlets.
• PRSE/All Canadian Games reserves the right to revoke any credential due to non-compliance with our media policies.
• Only active media outlets will be considered for credentials.
Deadline for media accreditation applications is Wednesday, March 20 at 12 noon ET.
Media who are approved will be notified by email.
