This form is to request a drop for your MCC Dual Credit (also called Concurrent Enrollment) class. This means the class is one you are taking at your high school for dual credit through MCC.
Note that all drop requests must be submitted by midnight Central Standard Time of the last drop date of your class. You can find these dates at

Important Information to Consider before Dropping
1. This class will still go on your permanent college transcript and count towards attempted credit hours, which can affect financial aid.
2. Your grade for this class will be a "W" on your transcript, which will not affect your college GPA
3. Your permanent transcript will transfer (or "follow you") to any college, university, or trade school you attend after high school.
4. If you want to drop more than one class, complete this form for each class.
