Moreland Volunteer Registration

Thank you for volunteering with the Moreland School District. We greatly appreciate the time and support you provide to our schools.

To ensure the safety of all students and remain compliant with state law, all volunteers are cleared through Moreland’s Human Resources Department. Please allow up to three weeks for fingerprint clearance if you plan to attend field trips. Fingerprinting is only required once, and the cost is $55. Volunteers who assist in the classroom only and are not alone with students do not need to be fingerprinted. All volunteers will be asked to present a valid ID or passport when checking in at the school’s front office to receive a visitor badge.

All volunteers are required to complete an online Mandated Reporter training prior to volunteering. This training must be completed annually. Thank you for your cooperation and continued support of our students and schools.
