Reno Pre-K Family STEAM Adventure!
In the world of young learners, every story has the potential to spark curiosity. Join us for an exciting family engagement event! The STEM Education Team presents the It’s Electric! Green Box, a hands-on kit that introduces Pre-K children to the fascinating world of electricity through literacy.

At this event, families will:

🌩️ Explore the concepts of lightning.
💡 Discover what uses electricity in our community.
⚙️ Investigate how circuits and switches work.

Enjoy story time, hands-on experiments, and interactive games, designed to bring learning to life for the whole family! These fun activities highlight the benefits of hands-on learning through play and show how the kit bridges the gap in literacy.

📚 Free books for participants! (While supplies last)

This event is recommended for families with young children. The It’s Electric! Green Box activities align with Pre-K Standards and will be available as a FREE resource to educators all over Nevada.

Don’t miss this opportunity to spark curiosity and creativity in your child’s learning journey!
