Quality of information refers to the products generated. Were mineral separates, images, ages, etc. of high quality? Were they useful for your study?
Quality of Service refers to the nature of your interactions with the ALC. Were communications timely, clear, and respectful? Was your visit/remote session productive and educational? Can you find the necessary information on our web page?
Your responses will be very helpful in determining what we are doing well and which aspects of our facility need to be improved.
