Request a Room at FCCBC
All rooms for events and meetings may only be requested here at least two weeks in advance. If your meeting/event is happening sooner, please call the church Welcome Center at 269-965-1225. Reoccurring events only need to be requested once. You can check the calendar at FCCBC.org (click the Calendar link at the top left of the screen.) Once your event is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation via email or by phone. Please see our wedding page to request space for a wedding.

Fee Rates
Use of the Church for Church Events are free. The hourly rate for parties, birthdays and anniversary parties (as well as most community events) is $50 an hour per room (including setup time) for nonmembers. If you are needing more than one room (for a conference, training or similar event) a difference pricing schedule is available. Discounts are available for members and partnering organizations.
