2020 WINTER AFTER SCHOOL - YOGA
This after school program allows children to explore and experience the body-mind-heart foundations of yoga. Children will be able to experience how their breath and body move together in a fun-filled way! Our yoga class promotes strength, flexibility, coordination, body awareness, inner-strength, confidence and self-esteem. Children will work on focus, relaxation and self-control all while relaxing and having fun!
