Шановні подруги і друзі!

17 червня, у неділю, в Києві відбудеться Марш Рівності КиївПрайд.

Організатори, разом з поліцією та міською адміністрацією, роблять все, щоб Марш пройшов безпечно і успішно.

Ми працюємо над тим, щоб у Марші Рівності змогли взяти участь всі охочі без жодних перешкод.

Приблизно за тиждень до Маршу, ми плануємо повідомити вас про всі деталі, які поки що публікувати не можемо. В будь-якому разі, просимо вас уже зарезервувати час у неділю, з 8:00 до 13:00 для участі в Марші (це включає дорогу в обидва боки).

Якщо ви плануєте взяти участь у Марші рівності, ми дуже просимо вас зареєструватись за цим посиланням. Реєстрація не є обов’язковою, і її відсутність не стане перешкодою для участі.

Наголошуємо, що кожна і кожен, хто планують взяти участь у марші, повинні розуміти ризики, які з цим пов’язані.

Нам надзвичайно важливо оцінити кількість потенційних учасників, тому ми дуже просимо усіх, хто можуть це зробити, зареєструватись та залишити свої контакти.

У нас є ще кілька причин, чому форму реєстрації слід усе таки заповнити:

1) Заповнюючи форму, ви також ознайомитесь з безпековою інструкцією для учасників і учасниць. Ви також отримаєте інструкцію з безпеки на вашу електронну скриньку.
2) Ви отримаєте інформацію про час та місце проведення Маршу Рівності трохи раніше, ніж вони будуть оголошено публічно.
3) Ви отримаєте детальну інформацію про шляхи і способи відходу після завершення Маршу.
4) Якщо з якихось причин захід буде перенесено чи скасовано, ви отримаєте смс та електронного листа з повідомленням про те, що на Марш приходити не потрібно - це важливо для вашої безпеки.
5) Заповнивши форму, ви зможете вказати, як допоможете Маршу Рівності

Dear friends!

On Sunday, June 17, Kyiv will host the KyivPride March.

The organizers as well as the police and city administration are doing everything possible to hold the March safely and successfully.

We are working on enabling everyone willing to take part in Equality March to do so without any obstacles.

About a week before the March, we are going to inform you about all the details which we cannot publish so far. In any case, we are asking that you make time for the March on Sunday from 8 AM to 1 PM (this includes the commute both ways).

If you are planning to take part in Equality March, we are kindly asking you to register here. The registration is not mandatory, and lack thereof will not prevent you from participating in the March.

We emphasize that everyone planning to take part in the March has to understand the risks associated with it.

It is extremely important for us to be able to assess the number of potential participants, so we are asking everyone who can do it to register and leave their contacts.

We have a few more reasons why it is advisable to fill in the registration form:

1) Filling out the form, you will read the safety instruction for participants. You will also receive an email with the instruction.
2) You will receive the information on the time and location where the March will take place a bit earlier than public announcement.
3) You will receive an email with detailed information about exit routes and ways after the end of the March.
4) If the March is postponed or canceled for any reason, you will receive a text and an email notifying you of it - it is important for your safety.
5) Filling out the form will enable you to tell us how you will help Equality March.

Я розумію що люди у стані алкогольного або наркотичного сп'яніння (у разі явних ознак неадекватного стану свідомості через перевищення своєї норми ПАР) які можуть спричинити шкоду собі та іншим, не будуть допущені на Марш. / I understand that people in the state of alcohol or narcotic intoxication (in the case of obvious signs of inadequate consciousness due to exceeding their norms), which can cause damage to themselves and others, will not be granted entry to the March.

Я розумію, що важливо тверезо оцінювати усі можливі ризки участі в Марші та зробити самостійний та виважений вибір - відвідувати його чи ні/ I understand that it is important to consider all the risks of participation in the March and make my choice whether to participate independently and sensibly

Я дотримуватимусь вказівок волонтерів маршу (їх можна буде впізнати за яскравими жилетками) / I will follow the guidance of march volunteers (they can be recognized by bright vests)

Я розумію, що волонтери можуть в цілях безпеки попросити показати вміст мого рюкзака чи сумки і погоджуюсь зробити це добровільно / I understand that for safety reasons, volunteers can ask me to show the content of my bag and agree to do it voluntarily

Я повідомлю людині, що не йде на Марш про те, куди я йду і попрошу його / її перевірити, чи все в порядку після / I will tell a person not participating in the March where I am going and ask them to check on me later

Я усвідомлюю, що завершення Маршу і відхід - найбільш критична точка (зазвичай, саме на відходах найчастіше відбуваються напади) / I understand that the end of the March and retreat are the most critical point (attacks happen during the exit most often)
