Illinois Prairie District Public Library has initiated a Homebound Delivery Service. If you live within the library district boundaries and are restricted to your home temporarily or permanently because of illness, physical or other disability, or lack of transportation, you may use our Homebound Service Program

Library materials are delivered on a monthly basis to residents in the Illinois Prairie district. There is no charge for this service.

To apply for home delivery of library materials, please complete the following information, and a member of our library staff will contact you.
