M3AAWG welcomes proposals for keynotes, general sessions, panels, training sessions, lightning talks, and informal Birds of a Feather (BoF) sessions at our meetings. Please complete this form to submit a topic or speaker for consideration at an upcoming General Meeting to the M3AAWG Program Committee.

We will accept topics for two meetings out. For topics that will require longer planning, or will presented more than two meetings out, work your committee chairs directly.
3. What kind of session are you proposing?
Is this topic meant to be a keynote, main track, training, etc.?  (Open Round Table ideas have their own form, see above)

This is needed for consideration for the upcoming general meeting agenda. Please submit a title that accurately describes the purpose of the session, to the best of your ability. Session Champions and Speakers will have the opportunity to edit their titles after the draft agenda is published until a specified date.

Important: Proposal must not advertise a commercial product or service, regardless of membership status or novel capabilities in relation to the presentation).
5. Please describe the topic of the session to be presented.
The more detail, the better. 
This allows the Program Committee to fully consider your proposal for the upcoming agenda. 
It also allows us to match the session with the proper Priority Committee, SIG, and/or Initiative as a resource for the Session Champion.

M3AAWG is a volunteer organization and the discussions are driven by all the interested parties. We rely on Session Champions to help speakers prepare.
