Holiday Bands: Facilitator Expression of Interest Form
We're seeking expressions of interest for creatives who would like to mentor or deliver a workshop at our Holiday Bands program. We run the program with a small team but like to bring in new people each time to expose the participants to different creatives and provide new experiences for returning participants.

Holiday Bands is a 5-day program which runs every school holidays for 13-17 year-olds. Participants join a band, write original music, record their song, have a band photoshoot and perform at an end-of-week gig!

Band facilitator (aged over 21)
Being a band facilitator involves being present everyday at our Holiday Bands program and mentoring a band group to help them write a song, put together a cover and be ready to perform on stage at the end of the week. Band facilitators model creative processes and clear communication and help to create a safe, welcoming space for young people.

Workshop facilitator (any age)
Running a workshop looks like presenting to a group of 20-25 teens for approx. 1 hour OR presenting 5x 40-min rotating workshops with band groups. Workshops can be anything related to the music industry and are encouraged to have a hands-on or interactive element.

To mentor at our programs, you must have or be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.
