Thank you for choosing ACA as the school for your child's education. This may be one of the most important and best decisions you make for your child.

Below are the steps needed to be completed for the application:

- Complete and submit this form completely.

- Submit 3 reference letters for each child to The reference letter should include information on how the person knows your child, why they are recommending them to attend ACA, and what qualities they have that will help them succeed at ACA. These letters can be completed by a previous teacher, mentor, pastor, etc. 

- Pay the $40.00 (nonrefundable) application fee at

The interview process will take place once all the above steps have been completed. Information for online enrollment will be emailed out once the application has been approved.
