Use this form to register for the following One Day Academy courses taught by Angela DelaTorre at the Katy (COTHA) campus on Wednesdays.

Registrations for all courses is $65
Tuition for all courses is $450 for the year - this may be split into 9 monthly payments of $50 (August - April)

We have paid the ODA family registration fee (separate from course registration) and will accept the policies of One Day Academy.

We agree to follow all ODA policies while on an ODA campus.

We accept that One Day Academy courses run August through May.

The last day to drop the class without being responsible for the year’s tuition is 30 days prior to the first day of class.

We understand tuition is due on/before the first class of every month. Payment made after the first day of class must include a $10 late fee.

Annual tuition for each class is $450. For your convenience you may break the tuition into 9 monthly payments of $50 per month for the months August through April. You are responsible for paying for the entirety of the course whether the student completes it or not unless extenuating circumstances are communicated with Mrs. Delatorre.
