In partnership North Central University and Elliot Park Neighborhood (EPNI) is hosting a community mural competition. We are looking for one (or more) mural/s that tells the story of Elliot Park Neighborhood. The mural/s should be community oriented, welcoming, inclusive and inspirational. It can highlight the history, heritage and future of the neighborhood. 

The mural/s will be painted by a team of NCU and community volunteers in Spring 2026 on the “Praise FM” building on the corner of 15th St. and Chicago Ave. and serve as a welcome to the neighborhood. 

The following mural artwork submissions were made by community members between July-October 2025. Please share your feedback about the artwork submitted to be included in the Elliot Park Community Mural Project.
