BASS Membership Application 2022-2023

Thank you for your interest in the Belgian Association for Students in Switzerland (BASS)! BASS came to existence in 2020 in order to establish a strong and supportive Belgian community for young people in Switzerland. We aim to unlock the best of what Belgium and Switzerland have to offer. It is our mission to boost professional development, as well as social and cultural coherence within the Belgian community in Switzerland. You can apply to become part of BASS either as a student at a Swiss educational institution, or as a young professional working in Switzerland. The membership fee for both categories has been set at CHF 30.00 (CHF 20.00 if you are a semester student) by the General Assembly of BASS pursuant to the Statutes. This fee will exclusively serve to finance the activities of BASS, as the Association is non-profit. You will receive an email with a payment request shortly after submission of the membership application. You will have 5 days to transfer the membership fee to the BASS account.

In order to become part of our network and activities for the upcoming academic year (2022/2023), we kindly ask you to complete the following questionnaire. If desired, you will also be added to our WhatsApp Announcements channel (where most of our official communication regarding the social and professional events will be shared) and our WhatsApp chat (where all 2022-2023 members can relate to each other).
