WORKSHOP 1: Oregon Wine Profit Planner for Current Users | Tuesday, Feb. 11, 11 a.m.- 12:30 p.m.

The first Oregon Wine Profit Planner workshop is intended for those already registered to use the Profit Planner. This session will introduce existing users to the features of the new and improved interactive tool. All new tutorials have been developed for user guidance, and Tim Hanni MW will guide users through case studies for the individual workbooks. Please bring a laptop or tablet.

WORKSHOP 2: Oregon Wine Profit Planner for New Users | Tuesday, Feb. 11, 3:30-5 p.m.

The second Oregon Wine Profit Planner session will be offered to members of the industry that would like to learn the benefits and features of this web-based business planning tool. Tim Hanni MW will introduce the Profit Planner’s capabilities to new users by sharing the tutorials and exploring the benefits of using the tool to improve financial forecasting. Tim will present case studies to show new users how best to optimize the Profit Planner for their business. Please bring a laptop or tablet.

WORKSHOP 3: Vineyard & Winery Accounting 301 | Wednesday, Feb. 12, 3-4:30 p.m.

This workshop will build upon the Accounting 101 and 102 webinars that were offered in the weeks leading up to Symposium. Industry solutions strategists Crafted ERP will dive into reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy and reviewing profitability down to the block and farm level. Tim Hanni MW from Wine Business Education will be on hand to offer ways that these lessons can be integrated into your use of the online Profit Planner workbooks.
