Welcome! We are stoked to host your event at Bookclub + Club Soda! This form will give us the information we need to take next steps toward your big night! After submission, expect an email from hostevents@bookclubchi.com confirming details!

Bookclub is a versatile space with an alternate viewing room + a customizable stage production that makes us the perfect fit for any show, party, or milestone celebration. Private Event guests in Club Soda gain access to the public show happening in the main room, but are free to control sounds + vibes separately if they'd prefer. We will staff your event at no extra cost to you. In order to confirm the date, we require a non-refundable 20% down payment of the fee without add-ons. The remaining 80% + add-ons is due within 7 days of the event. Add-ons may effect your overall rental fee. There are conditional fees associated with cancellations within 7 days + excessive cleaning + emergency services. Please reach out via text or email for more details.
