Thanks for your interest in OSPVL's upcoming scramble event on September 7th, 2025! Unfortunately, our spots are currently full but if you are hoping to play, please fill out the information below. Spots are FIRST COME FIRST SERVE basis, meaning wherever you land on our list, will determine if you are chosen to replace a dropped player. If chosen, the scramble starts at 10am Sunday morning, so please arrive early to check in, stretch, and fulfill any fees. This will be located at St. Mary Academy Bayview Riverside 3070 Pawtucket Ave East Providence, RI.

When signing this, you are acknowledging that Ocean State Pride Volleyball League's board member(s) can contact you at anytime within a 24-48 time frame of the scramble to offer you a spot. Please put the best contact where you can be easily reached.
