Only participants in groups of 6 to 8 people can register as a team, and the form is to be filled only by the team leader. Team Leader is responsible for making payments, managing the team throughout the entire event and communicating with the organizing team. The organizing team will only contact Group Leaders for event-related matters.
Each participant is required to strictly follow the instructions, timeline and routes given by the organizing team. Any acts of violence are strictly prohibited. We reserve the rights to restrain any participants from continuing his/her ride in the event of violation of rules and regulations, violence against others, harm-causing behaviors and alcohol-related issues.
The organizing team will not take any responsibility in event of mishaps due to participants' course of actions. Special arrangements (if any) have to be made directly with the organizing team and the organizing team reserves the rights to reject these arrangements.
As all bikes need to be returned to vendor latest by 8AM on 7/5/2017, participants are strongly encouraged to finish the entire ride from and to East Coast Park. Participants who leave halfway will be fined a penalty in compensation for the transportation of their bikes. This payment will be collected by the organizing team from the team leader.
** Withdrawal Matters: Teams withdrawing BEFORE 00:00AM Friday, 29th April 2017 will get the full refund of their registration fee. Thereafter, 100% registration fee is due, i.e. no refund will be made.
