Northridge Local Schools 2020-2021 Planning Parent/Guardian Survey
As we await guidance from the State of Ohio and Governor Dewine, we would like to gather feedback from our staff, students and parents/guardians in order to help us plan for the 2020-2021 school year. The information collected will help us prepare for the upcoming school year with state mandates and student needs in mind. We are currently considering several educational models including face-to-face, remote learning at home or a blending learning model (combination of face-to-face school and remote learning at home) for the 2020-2021 school year.

Please complete this survey no later than Friday, June 26th based on your current situation. We realize that information is changing daily and that your answers may also change but the data collected will help us assess the needs for our district.
