I agree that BCC Basketball Camp and its employees shall not be liable to my child or myself for any injury or damage caused resulting directly or indirectly from my child’s participation in the BCC basketball camp at any time preceding, during, or after camp is in session. I hereby discharge BCC Basketball Camp and its employees from all actions, claims, and demands that my child or I may have for any such injury or damage. I give consent to BCC Basketball Camp to use photographs of my child engaged in camp activities to promote future BCC Basketball Camp sponsored events. By registering for BCC Basketball Camp, I agree to pay the registration fee and adhere to the BCC Basketball Camp cancellation policy. *
