Register for an Orientation Meeting!

The NB TIP intake process starts with you registering by answering each of the questions below, including choosing one orientation you will attend, then continues as you attend the orientation, then complete an application and meet with us to review your application documents, and finally to be interviewed online. After that, we will send an email to let you know if you are accepted into the cohort, and follow with instructions on how to prepare for the NB TIP class. It's best to register by the first orientation date, and no later than the day before the last orientation date.

C-35 Fairfield:

The next class of NB TIP that you can register for is Cohort 35, in Fairfield, starting with the intake process noted above. Registrations are open now through September 28, but you'll have more options if you register early. The fall 2026 class in Fairfield will have a mostly evenings class schedule, consisting of 22 evenings from 5:30 to 9:00 pm and 5 Saturdays running from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm. The class dates for Cohort 35 run from October 20, 2026 to January 21, 2027, followed by a graduation event on February 6, 2027.

Our program is generally offered 4 times a year in different locations throughout Sonoma, Marin, Napa, Solano, Lake & Mendocino Counties.  Please check back regularly for updates on upcoming programs.

If you'd like to get placed on an email list to be notified when future programs become available, please register and select Orientation Option F, for Future (in Question 2 below.)

Attendance is important for NB TIP, as well as for any apprenticeship. 

We no longer require COVID vaccination, but do have a classroom health policy.
