As we all know, without volunteers there's no good conference! In this form we are
accepting applications for volunteers who will make this conference even better than last year’s!

Application deadline: Application form closes on 14 July.
As part of the application process, we would like to get to know you and share some final information about being a volunteer at PyData. For this you need to join an online introduction session. If you already joined last year's introduction session you don't have join again!
- Tuesday 21st of July 19:00-20:00
- Thursday 23rd of July 19:00-20:00
Decision date: Applicants will be notified of their application status by July 27.
Preparation date: September 9 at NDSM Loods (around 18:00 - exact time will follow!)
Conference dates: September 10 and 11
Example volunteer duties:
- Helping with any ad hoc needs
- Check-in at registration desk
- Introducing speakers
- Ensuring talks begin and end on time
- Moderating Q&A
- Answering and/or appropriately redirecting questions from attendees and speakers
- Managing room capacity
- Appropriately redirecting any Code of Conduct complaints
Please Note:
- We ask that you devote about 10 hours of your time to the conference, helping out with any tasks that need to be done.
- We will do our best to be flexible with scheduling so that you can spread out your free time over the days you attend.
- It is expected that you will be available to volunteer for entirety of the conference.
