Terms and conditions of employment:

1.       3 years’ service agreement

2.       Rs.1,00,000 bank guarantee

3.       Starting compensation is 13,000 CTC per month and there will be a performance based hike of Rs.4,000 after completion of six months i.e. Probation period.

4.       Their first appraisal will be after 1 year from completion of probation period and going forward there will be performance based appraisal on yearly basis.

Selection criteria:

1.Pre-placement talk at your campus

2.Written test (comprising of aptitude and Trigonometry) for a duration of 60 min.  (All students must carry a scientific calculator)

3. Qualified students will attend an technical interview and HR round at our company premises.

4. Offer letters will be issued to the selected students at our office.
