Museums and websites: before and after the visit
Throughout an event, we can probe and ask ourselves “how good or bad do I feel at the moment?”, and this will affect our decision on going on or quit our experience. User Experience (UX) is a momentary, primarily evaluative feeling while interacting with a product or service. This survey aims to examine how visitors to museum websites feel inspired to visit the museum in person, and how visitors to museums feel inspired to visit the museum’s website, using the website as a bridge to connect their pre-visit and post-visit activities by learning more about the museum and its collections.
