2019 QWCS Food Vendor Application

Retail Vendor Space starts at $100.00 for a 10x10 space, 2nd space $175, 3rd space $225. Depending on the size of your vehicle//stand, you will be required to purchase additional space. If serving food, please also provide a copy of your current Fraser Health Operating Permit AND Temporary Food Permit (Part A only). Copies of your current Food Safe and LIabiity Insurance may be emailed to info@ladnerbusiness.com.

NOTE: Vendors must supply their own tables, chairs, tents, etc.

CANCELLATIONS: cancellations after July 1 will be refunded 1/2 of what was paid, no refunds after July 31st

ALL APPLICATIONS ARE PENDING AND MUST BE APPROVED - YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE ONCE APPROVED.
