Social Event Registration Form 2018-2019
This form is to be filled out by fraternity and sorority organizations that are planning a social event on or off campus. Complete the information requested below and submit this form no later than 7 business days before the event. Forms not submitted on time will result in cancellation of the event. All social events must be approved by the Office of Campus Life in advance of the event. Please see the detailed Social Event Policy on the website under Greek Life Resources.
