Meetings of 24+ participants, >5 hours in duration, and/or taking place in the Auditorium or Theater are considered Events. Any use of the Director’s Conference Room (AH 5302) must be requested as an Event.
"Research space-only" for authorized groups conducting active research in the facilities.
